(of course, Carson is making absurd assumptions that the woman in question a) hasn't also had the crap beaten out of her, making it difficult for her to move; b) hasn't also been tied up/kidnapped/transported to a remote location; c) has access to some form of transportation to get to the ER; d) hasn't been so psychologically traumatized that she has the ability and state of mind to get there; e) happens to find a hospital with medical staff who actually do their jobs and provide said drugs instead of denying it due to their personal religious beliefs...)
